Terms and Conditions of Sale
These terms and conditions govern purchases made by consumers on lartedelsouvenir.com.
1. Seller

2. Products and prices
Prices are in euros, inclusive of VAT. Delivery charges are shown at the checkout, before payment. Ceramic and handmade products may vary slightly due to the nature of the craftsmanship.
3. Ordering and payment
The contract is concluded when you receive the order confirmation email. The accepted payment methods are those indicated at checkout.
4. Delivery
Delivery times, costs and countries served are indicated on the Shipping page. The risk of loss or damage passes to you when you receive the parcel.
5. Right of withdrawal
You may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of the day on which you receive the products, without giving any reason. If the order comprises several products delivered separately, the period begins from receipt of the last one.
How to withdraw. Use the online withdrawal function: the ‘Withdrawal from the contract’ link in the footer of every page on the website, or the ‘Withdraw from the contract here’ button, opens the form, which is available throughout the withdrawal period and can be used without an account. The direct link is https://lartedelsouvenir.com/en/apps/withdrawal. Once submitted, you will immediately receive a confirmation email detailing the content of your request, along with the date and time. Alternatively, you can send the standard form, which you will find on the Withdrawal Policy page, or another explicit statement to artedelsouvenir2015@gmail.com.
Returns. Please return the products within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal to Via Monte San Michele 30, 70011 Alberobello (BA), Italy. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
Refund. We will refund the amount paid, including standard delivery charges, within 14 days of receiving notice of withdrawal. We will use the same payment method as for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed. We may wait to receive the products or proof of their dispatch. If you choose a delivery method that is more expensive than the standard option, the difference will not be refunded.
Condition of the products. You are liable for any loss of value resulting from use other than that necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product.
Exclusions. The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed food products opened after delivery, which cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
6. Statutory warranty
All products are covered by a statutory warranty of conformity for 2 years from delivery, which is separate from the right of withdrawal. In the event of a defect, you may request a repair or replacement. Where these are not possible, you may request a price reduction or the termination of the contract.
Minor variations typical of handmade ceramics, if described in the product description, do not constitute defects.
7. Damaged or incorrect products
If the parcel arrives damaged or the product is incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and some photos, so that we can agree on the best solution together. We can refund the product or, for deliveries within Italy, send a new one. This does not limit your warranty rights.
8. Complaints and disputes
You can send complaints to artedelsouvenir2015@gmail.com. We usually reply within 48 hours. Italian law applies, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections of the country in which you reside. In the event of a dispute, the court with jurisdiction is that of your place of residence or domicile, if located in Italy.
