Shipping policy
We deliver to Italy, Europe and Canada. The exact cost depends on the weight and destination and is always shown at the checkout, before payment.
Free delivery in Italy for orders of €70 or more, excluding deliveries of food products to the islands.
Delivery times
We prepare and dispatch orders within 2–3 working days on average. Once dispatched, delivery times are as follows:
- Italy: 3 working days
- Europe: 7–10 working days
- Canada: 5–6 working days
During festive periods, such as Christmas, couriers may experience a few days’ delay.

Italy, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, France, Germany, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, the United Kingdom, Romania, Spain, Switzerland, Hungary and Canada. Food products are dispatched to Italy, Austria, France, Germany, Spain, Portugal and Switzerland.
For the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Canada, customs duties and taxes may apply, payable by the recipient.
